We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with Letter Play Unlimited, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, go to paddle.net and look up your order, or use "Manage subscription" on your parent dashboard.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep unlimited play until the end of the month you paid for.
