Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 3, 2026
Letter Play is an alphabet game for young children in English, Spanish and Portuguese, provided by Aleczander Whitters ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use Letter Play you agree to these terms, and you are contracting with Aleczander Whitters.
Who can use it
Accounts are for parents and guardians who are of legal age. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for activity on your account, and for giving accurate information.
The service
Free accounts get 5 minutes of play each time the game is opened. Letter Play Unlimited ($4.99/month) removes the time limit. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Letter Play for your family. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may change features.
Acceptable use
Don't use Letter Play unlawfully or for fraud or spam, don't infringe anyone's intellectual property, and don't interfere with its security (no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling or getting around limits).
Ownership
We own Letter Play and its software, pictures, music, voices and branding.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the parent dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid month.
Suspension
We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Letter Play is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
